1. Though dark chocolate generally contains more antioxidants, the processing for cocoa powder is such that regular actually has more antioxidants. Says so on the can.

2. This makes everything you bake with it taste like oreos. Which is pretty cool.

3. The oreo thing does not apply to beverages. These just turn out to be purple and weird.
