This quinoa pizza dough is not rising and smells awful. Then again, I guesstimated how much active dry to use instead of fresh yeast. Doesn't seem like it'll hurt if I just let it go. I don't want to bake it until dinner time, anyway.

(added to say) Verdict: Color me unimpressed. I think this probably requires a stone, a prebake, and/or to be rolled much thinner than is humanly possible. The edges have a nice crispness to them, but anything under topping is soggy and gross. And the toppings are clearly overcooked.
